Countyrecords.com is a web site managed by hal Systems Corporation in Austin, Texas providing Internet access to documents recorded at various counties. hal Systems partners with customers who have built image databases to load documents to Countyrecords.com and then provides e-commerce (credit card) access to those documents using hal's powerful e.halFILE^tm software.

Initially on-line in May of 2000 with over a million images from 4 Texas counties, Countyrecords.com has grown to 12 counties representing 5 states. You can now find over 8 million images and 2.5 million documents on-line. And the site is primed for growth with two more counties planned for September, 2004. This will bring the site to over 10 million images.
