Cumberland Title of Nashville, TN is pleased to be one of our latest recipient of the Million Image Award. Cumberland uses Optical Access to scan and index Closing & Policy files as well as other corporate documents. Their database of closings and policy files currently has 1,406,390 images representing over 33,000 files dating back to 1989. These images are always online for immediate access for all of their eight branches through their RAID servers utilizing 75GB of hard disk storage.
North Star Title of Excelsior, Minnesota, not only uses Optical Access to scan and index images, but also e.halfile to provide access to these images over the Corporate Intranet. With e.halfile, North Star’s Golden Valley office can access the database of over one million images using a web browser.
Great American Title of Springfield, Missouri, has used Optical Access for their Title Plant since the company’s inception in 1997. With Optical Access, Great American has moved from a start up to a Title Company sustaining a growing Title Plant with over a million images in less than three short years.

The Five Million Image Award goes to companies managing over five million images with halFILE or Optical Access.
