Document Tracking tracks the workflow status of documents stored by the halFILE Document Manager.
Takes orders via the web and posts them to a halFILE database
Delivers the auto-assigned order number back to your customer for future tracking
Notifies order entry personnel that an order has been received
As the status of the order is changes, e-mail notifications are sent to the e-mail parties, notifying them of the change
When an order is completed, the completed documents can be automatically delivered via e-mail
Field documents can be sent via e-mail or ftp and stored in the halFILE database
Once captured, your customers have access to the documents if you give them the privilege of viewing them
